5 NYCC Panels I Can’t Wait to Attend

I’ve been going to New York Comic Con since the beginning, and every year I get pumped to see what they will bring the fans next. So here are some panels I am excited to go to during this year’s New York Comic Con.

Honorable Mention:

The Weekly Pull Panel

Saturday 3:00 – 4:00 Room 1A24

I mention this panel as an honorable mention because if I put it on the list I would be a bit biased. There are some of the best YouTubers on this panel. So you don’t want to miss it!

1. Marvel Netflix’s Iron Fist

Saturday 6:30 – 7:30 Main Stage

Iron Fist is my most anticipated panel and one that I hope I can get into.

I got into the Jessica Jones panel last year and it was amazing. We got to see the pilot of the show before anyone else. I am sure Iron Fist will also bring some surprises.

2. Teen Wolf

Saturday 10:30 – 11:30 Hammerstein Ballroom

This will probably be one of the last Teen Wolf panels at a con. I have gone to a few Teen Wolf panels and they are always a lot of fun, even when they don’t release anything. But I am sure we will be learning more about the new season with this year’s NYCC panel.

3. Inside the Upside Down (Stranger Things)

Friday 11:00 – 12:00 Main Stage

Stranger Things was the big hit of the summer. So I am glad to see NYCC putting a spotlight on the show. We are a long way from the second season, but hopefully the two actors can give fans something to look forward to.

4. Power Rangers and John Wick

Saturday 2:00 – 3:00 Madison Square Garden (Happy to see the con using bigger spaces in New York for these type of panels)

I was surprised to see the Power Rangers movie at NYCC. The convention is more known for bringing television shows than movies.

But NYCC is the perfect opportunity to really sell the movie to fans and hopefully they will bring the first trailer for the fans who visit the panel.

5. Dark Horse: Avatar The Last Airbender

Saturday 5:15 – 6:15 Room 1A18

I am happy to see Dark Horse giving a whole panel to Avatar: The Last Airbender. I hope this means we will finally get some more information on that Legend of Korra graphic novel, which was announced two years ago at San Diego Comic Con.
